Payment Methods and Instructions

  • A 50% down payment is required before production, with the remaining 50% balance due before shipping.
  • Accepted payment methods include Check, Wire Transfer, ACH, Credit Card, and Paypal.
  • A 5% handling fee will be applied for Credit Card or Paypal transactions.

Customer Supplied Art Files

  • All customer-supplied artwork must be in Vector File format.
  • Additional charges will apply for artwork not in vector format or for customers without any artwork. Additional art charges start at USD$10, with the actual charge varying based on specific art files.

Virtual Proofs

  • We provide free virtual proofs to our customers.

Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled with written authorization before imprinting or production begins.
  • All applicable charges incurred before cancellation will be invoiced, with a minimum charge of US$50.00.
  • Orders on hold for more than 30 days are subject to cancellation.
